Digital Dan

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This website, digitalmarketingdan.com, is run by Daniel Timponi, an independent digital marketing analyst and consultant based in Brazil (“I”, “me”). This policy explains what information I collect when you use the website, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. It is written to meet Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and to be clear to visitors from anywhere.

What I collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, your message and your agreement to this policy. Along with it, the website records the page you sent it from, the page you first arrived on, the website that sent you here, any campaign details in the address you arrived with (such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs), the date and time, and your IP address. These help me understand how you found me and keep the form free of spam.

When you email me or message me on WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send. Those conversations are handled by Gmail and WhatsApp under their own privacy policies.

When you browse: the website may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies to measure how visitors use the site — pages viewed, time on the site, approximate location and device type. I use this only in aggregate, to improve the website and its content.

I do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data, passwords or payment details.

Why I use it

  • To reply to your message and, if you ask, to provide my services (the legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and the contract itself).
  • To understand which pages and campaigns bring visitors, and to improve the website (my legitimate interest).
  • To keep the website and its form secure and free of abuse (my legitimate interest).
  • To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

I do not sell your information, and I do not use it to send you marketing you did not ask for.

Who else handles it

Your information is processed for me by a small number of service providers, only as needed to run this website:

  • Amazon Web Services, which hosts the website and stores form submissions, in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Kondora, the website platform that runs this site and its contact form.
  • Google, for analytics, and for email when I reply to you.
  • A customer relationship management (CRM) tool, where I may keep track of conversations with clients.

Some of these providers may process information outside Brazil. Where they do, they are bound by their own data protection commitments, and I choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards.

How long I keep it

Form submissions are kept for 90 days in the website’s own records, unless they become part of an ongoing conversation or client relationship, in which case I keep them for as long as that relationship lasts and as the law requires afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.

Your rights

You may ask me at any time to confirm whether I hold information about you, to see it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a copy of it, or to stop using it. You may also withdraw your consent, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. Write to me at danieltimponi@gmail.com and I will reply within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings. The website still works without them; only the analytics measurement stops.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
